Unlocking Value in Ecommerce was a virtual live event hosted by Rokt and moderated by Nina Easton, featuring industry leaders and ecommerce experts. Rokt CEO, Bruce Buchanan, was joined by powerhouses Netflix CMO, Bozoma Saint John, and Live Nation President of Media and Sponsorship, Russell Wallach, to share their thoughts on the changing ecommerce landscape.
Alongside real-world examples and best practices, the event also featured Sucharita Kodali, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester. Sucharita presented results and key recommendations from a Forrester research study (commissioned by Rokt) on how relevant and personalized customer experiences affect their online buying habits and the ability for ecommerce companies to drive business growth and customer value.
The study, conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Rokt, surveyed 1,025 US online customers and 268 online sellers to explore how personalization drives business results and we are extremely excited to share the results with the ecommerce and retail community.
