Health & wellness
We care a great deal about our Rokt’stars. We provide a variety of health (physical and mental) care programs including a zero cost monthly premium option in the US and a monthly Wellness allowance.
Equity
All Rokt’stars have stock options. If we succeed, everyone is rewarded. Our US employees also have access to retirement plans with a 4% dollar-for-dollar 401K matching plan.

Learning & development
We are committed to investing in our employees and their development through ongoing training, education, and coaching.
Every Rokt’star receives an annual ‘Level Up’ training allowance, which allows them to choose from a suite of Executive Coaches, personalized specialist training, conferences and events. We surround this bespoke support with scheduled monthly training for our people leaders, bi-monthly global events and our annual conference.
Work-life balance
20 paid days off plus 5 extra high-five days and 16 paid weeks of parental leave, and volunteer days for all employees.
Additionally, we have partnered with an acclaimed nutritionist and biochemist to run monthly wellbeing sessions, open to all Rokt'stars, on energy, movement, sleep, focus and stress management. We also offer a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office, in addition to the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world one week per quarter.
